Kent Building Supplies is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and associates. This site-wide position involves working across various areas of the store and property to ensure all facilities are well maintained and presentable.
• Perform cleaning duties throughout the site, including offices, lunchrooms, retail areas, washrooms, and parking lots. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in both indoor and outdoor work areas. • Complete general housekeeping, sanitation, and labor-related tasks as required. • Handle, move, and lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials safely. • Support a safe and clean working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures. • Work across multiple buildings and departments as needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative. • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks to a high standard. • Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces. • Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive environment. • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills. • Adaptable and willing to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Physically capable of handling materials and performing cleaning-related duties.
