As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will lead a team, provide technical expertise, and ensure smooth engineering processes for our MSC business unit. Your skills will drive project success and business growth.

• Possess a good understanding of principal of electrical, electronic & instrumentation. • Responsible for day-to-day activities related to the production KPIs. Responsible to achieve the daily production target as per AOP. • Assist in integrated system service and designs for finished goods. • Drive performance to achieve: On-time delivery and Proactive technical issue prevention. • Support as necessary with troubled Production issues. Consistent delivery of Exceptional Technical Support solutions and innovation to customers. • Use Quality Assurance procedures and ensure defect-free hardware and software to the field delivery team. • Ensure applicable local and industry codes and standards are upheld. Ensures that Honeywell SOPs are adhered to.

• Must have SAP expeinrce

• 2 years experience in production line

• Must know how to check on Raw material, precourment.

• Experience in manufacturing, production operations, or supply chain environments, including supervisory responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives. • Strong understanding of HSE standards and regulatory compliance. • Proficiency in SAP preferred, production reporting, and data analysis tools. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels. • Fluent in English.
