• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize coal mining operations in Jharkhand • Lead and manage a team of mining professionals, providing guidance and support • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices • Establish strong relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization
Education Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred • Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Coal Mining industry • Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within the mining sector • Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and driving performance
Certification Required:
• Valid certification in Mine Management • Health and Safety certification
