Key Responsibilities:
Delivering well-planned and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.Ensuring high standards of work, behaviour, and attitudes within the classroom and school environment.Planning and teaching a varied curriculum for students across different year groups and abilities.Using appropriate assessment strategies to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.Working collaboratively with the Head of Department and colleagues to develop teaching materials and strategies.Actively contributing to the positive and inclusive school culture.
