About this role
Strong teaching and delivery skills across Electrical Installation at Levels 1–3.
Experience delivering practical and theory sessions including inspection & testing and fault‑finding.
Ability to design schemesofwork, assessmentplansand course documentation.
Experience supporting learners through tutorials, pastoralcare,and progress reviews.
Familiarity with awarding‑body requirements, assessmentstandardsand quality processes.
Competence in managing course administration including enrolment, registers, datareturnsand reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively within a teaching team and with cross‑college services.
Experience engaging with employers and supporting work placements.
