At Kingsley, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate must be able to build positive relationships with their pupils and will actively promote the school values - Respect, Aspiration, Integrity, Synergy and Endeavour.
We are looking for a person who has:
A good level of English and MathsAn ability to build good working relationships with adults and childrenHigh-expectations of behaviourAn ability to support teachers in raising standardsExcellent communication and organisational skillsQualities such as being caring, positive, flexible, enthusiastic and reliableAn interest in playing a full-part in all aspects of school lifeAbility to assist with lunchtime supervisionThe confidence to cover the class when necessaryWe warmly welcome visits to the school where there will be the opportunity to discuss the role further with the Headteacher.
