Join the coaching team behind Great Britain's leading senior swimming programme. Loughborough University Swimming has an unrivalled track record of developing athletes who go on to achieve success at Olympic, World and European level, while consistently setting the standard for performance swimming in the UK.
As Assistant Coach for the performance programme, you will contribute to a world-class daily training environment, working alongside expert coaches and anintegrated support team to develop athletes across our High Performance squads. The role offers the opportunity to coach talented swimmers, support international-level preparation and play a key part in delivering the programme's ambitions of international success, athlete development, BUCS excellence and continued success at the British Championships.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious coach to learn, grow and make a genuine impact within one of the most successful and respected swimming programmes in the world.
