If you have completed your PhD in the past 5 years, or are close to completion, this is a great opportunity to join a growing business school which supports the development of exceptional teachers and researchers.

About you

You will be educated to PhD level in areas contained within the remit of People, Work & Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Management, Psychology, or an appropriate related specialism, and will provide evidence of your research ability through published work or a strong publication pipeline. You will have clear and ambitious research plans that will enable you to develop an internationally excellent research track record. You will ideally have experience of teaching at undergraduate & postgraduate levels. You will be willing to take a leading role in the design and delivery of new modules and to contribute more broadly to curriculum development and overseas teaching. You will embrace Birkbeck’s commitment to widening access and opportunity in higher education within a research-intensive environment. You will be willing to contribute to evening teaching and to the development of flexible and innovative forms of educational provision.
