Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and priorities?<br><br>We are looking for a part-time <strong>Workplace &amp; Personal Assistant</strong> to provide trusted support across both professional and personal matters. Someone who can seamlessly move between responsibilities of different scales: from managing schedules, arranging travel, and preparing for meetings, events, conferences, and engagements, to ensuring the workplace is organised, welcoming, and fully prepared.<br><br>You will take ownership of the details that make a difference: keeping the office presentable, managing supplies, groceries, deliveries, and practical requests, while also providing personal support through appointments, travel arrangements, and day-to-day organisation.<br><br>The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You enjoy variety, are comfortable with changing priorities and last-minute requests, and approach every task with a positive, solution-focused mindset, understanding that no task is too big or too small.<br><br>This role requires confidentiality, discretion, flexibility and a willingness to support where needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •<span> </span>Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and daily priorities<br>•<span> </span>Arrange travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transportation<br>•<span> </span>Prepare and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, conferences, press appearances, and other engagements<br>•<span> </span>Support with planning and organisation of professional commitments and activities<br>•<span> </span>Handle workplace arrangements, including grocery shopping, errands, ordering supplies, ensuring a well-maintained and organized environment and other day-to-day requests<br>•<span> </span>Respond to last-minute requests with flexibility, calmness, and a solution-oriented approach<br>•<span> </span>Anticipate needs and proactively identify ways to make daily life and operations run more smoothly<br>•<span> </span>Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts when needed<br>•<span> </span>Take ownership of tasks from the smallest practical detail to larger responsibilities REQUIREMENTS ●<span> </span>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or Founders<br>●<span> </span>Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities with discretion<br>●<span> </span>Is highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented<br>●<span> </span>Has a natural ability to anticipate needs and think ahead<br>●<span> </span>Is flexible and comfortable with changing priorities and unexpected requests<br>●<span> </span>Has a hands-on, “no task is too small” mentality<br>●<span> </span>Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative<br>●<span> </span>Enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment<br>●<span> </span>Can balance structured responsibilities with more spontaneous and practical tasks<br>●<span> </span>Has a positive attitude and enjoys being a dependable point of support<br>●<span> </span>Comfortable with flexible working hours<br>●<span> </span>Strong communication skills, able to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders<br>●<span> </span>Fluent Dutch and English<br>●<span> </span>High degree of integrity and trustworthiness, especially when handling private or sensitive matters<br>●<span> </span>Interest in culture, storytelling, wellness or spirituality is a strong advantage WHAT MOCO OFFERS Beneath our brand’s surface, at Moco Museum we are a team that thrives on creativity, inclusivity and collaboration.
