Ready to be a ROUGHRIDER? We are hiring! St. Marys City Schools is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join the Substitute Teachers Team! Interested candidates should submit a Substitute Teacher Application, FBI and BCI background checks, and Teaching License (ALL REQUIRED) to [email protected]. Substitute Teacher Applications are available on the district website or in the High School office. These positions are on an "as needed" basis. $110 per day for 1-21 days and for 22 days and over in the same position, $214.02/day. If you can provide verification that you have one year of classroom experience and/or hold a teaching license, the pay rate is $125 per day for days 1-21. Requirements: High School Diploma or higher Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must submit current FBI and BCI background checks (within five years) Must submit Substitute Teacher licensure (upon Superintendent approval) Must complete Public School Works online training upon hire Must enroll in Rapback with the Ohio Department of Education with St. Marys City Schools upon hire
