General Definition of Work The instructional associate, under general supervision, performs support work with minimal decision-making discretion supporting assigned expanded impact teacher(s) (EIT) and instructing students individually or in small groups to reinforce instruction, monitor performance and support learning. Position encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic goals by creating a classroom environment conducive to learning.
