About this role
The Wesleyan Faculty Fellows Program is designed to give one year of guidance, training, and experience to recent college graduates considering teaching as a career. The Fellows Program provides individuals having little or no prior relevant teaching experience with the opportunity to develop teaching skills in a supportive environment in which they are given a great deal of responsibility and independence. Applications received by February 12, 2027 will be prioritized. Compensation and Benefits
• Salary is $30,000 for the year.
• Housing is provided in homes adjacent to campus.
• Lunch is provided free of charge during school days.
• Fellows may elect to enroll in medical/dental/vision insurance.
• Year-long instructional coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Opportunities to serve as athletic coaches and/or sponsor extracurricular activities in fine arts or Christian life.
College students may apply for the program in their senior year. A bachelor's degree is required by August 1, 2027. Please enter your expected degree and date of completion if you have not yet graduated with your bachelor's degree. Wesleyan Alumni are welcome to apply.
