Qualifications/Experience: MN Teaching License, or if you have a four-degree you can obtain a Short Call Substitute License Successful background check required Experience working with children preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed: Knowledge of the principles and methodology of effective teaching; ability to establish relationships and maintain standards of behavior; flexibility with daily schedule changes. Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self-discipline, and honesty. Specific Tasks: Filling daily vacancies or other duties as assigned, throughout the building.
Hours Per Day: Temporary assignment, for the 26-27 school year only. 7.5 hours per day Assigned to Woodland Campus for all student contact days. District paid benefits: long-term disability coverage, district-paid life insurance policy. Sick time available under ESST. Health, dental, and optical insurance available - no district contribution towards premiums. Non-union position.
