About this role
Job purpose Engage in comprehensive assessment of the referred child's ecology to determine family and system-identified strengths, needs, resources, stressors, and sources of support, to be used in care planning. Flexible hybrid work model, which includes meeting clients in a community- or home-based setting and choice to work from home or dedicated office space. Monday through Friday position with flexible hours based on clients' needs.
