Job Summary Gathers and rigorously analyzes data (student achievement, enrollment, financial, etc.) at a district and school level for Career and Technical Education to develop integrated performance reports. Uses data and analysis to positively drive change in systems and processes within the department. Essential Functions 1. Creates and maintains processes for regularly reporting and monitoring school, district, state, and national data for CTE and magnet programs. 2. Maintains district CTE data records for continual use and review. 3. Works with various district databases to provide regular reports which help to explain performance and guide school and district decision making on program evaluation. 4. Analyzes student achievement data and prepares regular briefs and/or presentations that communicate findings and trends. 5. Collaborates with and leads team members in creating reports and tracking school and student performance based on FLDOE data metrics and district, state, and federal grant requirements. 6. Researches issues, problem-solves, compiles data, and prepares spreadsheets. 7. Attends conferences, workshops, visitations, and meetings to provide information and represent the Director of Career and Technical Education. 8. Provides professional learning opportunities for district and school staff to better understand the data being analyzed and used to drive decision making. 9. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years experience gathering and analyzing data and preparing presentations for a diverse audience. Experience using Genesis (FOCUS), SAP, SPSS preferred. School-based and district-level experience is a plus. Certifications & Licenses: NA Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
