• Produce clear pipeline reports and analytics to guide fundraising decisions and leadership planning.

• Critically evaluate outputs from AI-generated and automated research tools with sound analytical judgement.

• Protect sensitive donor information with the highest levels of discretion and integrity.

This is your opportunity to join a professional, passionate and diverse team at World Vision New Zealand, who are committed to creating meaningful change for children. Every day, as part of World Vision’s global reach, you’ll help the world’s most vulnerable families build safer and brighter futures. About you:

• At least 3 years’ experience in prospect research, philanthropy operations, CRM management, fundraising analysis or a related role.

• Experience identifying, researching and qualifying major donor, trust and foundation prospects.

• Experience managing donor portfolios, moves management or opportunity pipelines in a fundraising environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide practical fundraising insights.

• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate AI-generated or automated research outputs and form independent qualitative assessments.

• Experience using CRM systems to maintain high-quality donor and prospect information (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

• Excellent written communication skills, able to produce clear prospect profiles, briefings and reports.

• Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence fundraising strategy through data and insight.

• Experience with prospect research and wealth screening tools is highly desirable.

• Experience working with Apra International or similar industry organisations is an advantage.
