Maintenance Coordinator & Technician

What You'll Do
This role is approximately a 50/50 split between office coordination and field support.
Maintenance Coordination (50%)
• Schedule approximately 30 maintenance and service calls each week across multiple field technicians
• Coordinate technician schedules while balancing customer priorities and emergency requests
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, timelines, and service updates
• Prepare quotes, work orders, and assist with invoicing
• Ensure technicians have the information and resources needed for successful service calls
Hands-On Mechanical Support (50%)
• Train alongside experienced technicians performing predictive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Travel to customer facilities throughout the region
• Assist with troubleshooting and evaluating industrial mechanical equipment
• Learn specialized predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis
• Develop into an independent field technician over time

Requirements:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys working with tools and equipment
• Experience working in or around an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel to customer job sites throughout the region
• Valid driver's license
Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday emergency work
Our customers include utilities, water treatment facilities, paper mills, hospitals, and other critical infrastructure that operate 24/7. Because of this, occasional weekend or emergency scheduling support may be required.
