The role
As a Critical Operations Manager (COM), you will be responsible for managing critical operations activities within the Data Center, ensuring the safe and continuous operation of the facility and the delivery of a high-quality service to customers and users.
You will lead the Critical Operations team, manage relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensure maintenance and operational activities are performed according to company processes, methods, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead critical operations activities for the Data Center, ensuring safe and continuous operations and high-quality service delivery
• Lead and manage the Critical Operations team
• Monitor site operations through BMS and PMS platforms
• Manage routine activities on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Ensure timely and effective responses to customer and user needs
• Ensure all scheduled maintenance activities are completed on time
• Manage critical situations and extraordinary operational activities
• Plan and manage technical tasks and equipment
• Apply maintenance processes and operational methods
• Verify compliance with safety standards and the correct use of PPE
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers
• Attend periodic meetings with customers
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including RCA, SOP, MOP, EOP, and reports
• Manage customer cases through NetSuite and activities through Modius
• Support the development of the technical and interpersonal skills of team members
Required Skills and Background
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance activities within an industrial environment; experience in critical environments is an advantage
• Good knowledge of critical infrastructure maintenance and repair activities
• High school diploma or University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and the correct use of PPE
• Customer-oriented mindset and service approach
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Good digital skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of NetSuite and Modius is considered an advantage
• Fluent in Italian and good command of written and spoken English
What We Offer
• Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary - RAL): €65.000 - €75.000 + performance bonus
• Contract type: Italian CCNL Commerce (Commercio - Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)

The compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position. Final compensation will be determined fairly and transparently within this range, based on the candidate's professional experience, skills and qualifications.
