On Demand is a trusted Ohio provider of outpatient counseling and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We support individuals working toward lasting recovery from mental health and substance use disorders.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who wants to join a collaborative team that changes lives every day. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while building meaningful relationships with individuals throughout their recovery journey.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with counselors, medical professionals, and organizational leadership to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Support patients in achieving sustainable mental health and recovery goals
• Manage multiple clinical priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Participate in on-call coverage approximately once every six weeks
Qualifications
• Current and valid Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
• Current CPR certification
• Completion of all required continuing medical education (CME)
