The Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build secure, reliable tools for our Operations, Risk, and Customer Support teams. You will create the interfaces and services they use to investigate transactions, resolve disputes, manage KYC cases, and complete other manual workflows without depending on engineers or direct database access. The right person values practical delivery, strong controls, and simple user experiences.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Design and build internal web applications and backend services for Operations, Risk, and Customer Support teams.
• Create safe workflows for dispute resolution, KYC case management, transaction investigation, and other operational tasks.
• Build interfaces that present accurate transaction trails and system data without requiring direct database queries.
• Design secure APIs and integrations that connect internal tools to core payment, identity, and support systems.
• Implement role-based access control, approvals, audit logs, and other safeguards for sensitive actions and data.
• Prototype and deliver useful features quickly while maintaining security, reliability, and code quality.
• Monitor production behavior, resolve issues, and improve the performance and reliability of internal systems.
• Work directly with internal teams to understand their processes, define requirements, and improve tools over time.
Required competency and skillset to be a waver:
• At least five years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with modern frontend development using JavaScript or TypeScript and a framework such as React or Vue.
• Strong backend development experience, including API design, databases, authentication, and service integration.
• Experience building admin dashboards, internal portals, case-management tools, or CRM integrations.
• A strong understanding of authorization, role-based access control, auditability, and secure handling of sensitive data.
• Solid SQL and data modeling skills, with the ability to turn complex data requirements into safe, usable workflows.
• Strong testing, debugging, observability, and continuous delivery practices.
• Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with non-engineering teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
