About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive / Project Coordination Executive to support our Operations team in project delivery, evaluator coordination, client follow-up, and operational execution across Singapore-based programs. This role is suited for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, communication, and working in a fast-paced international environment.
Position available: Key Account & Project Coordination Assistant – Singapore
Role summary: In this role, you will support the Key Account Manager in coordinating mystery shopping and customer research projects from scheduling through completion. You will work with evaluators, clients, and internal teams to ensure assignments are completed on time, reports move smoothly through the process, and client updates are handled professionally.
Scheduling of Evaluations & Project Management
• Support the Key Account Manager in ensuring assigned projects and evaluations are completed accurately, on time, and in line with client requirements.
• Take charge of all administrative tasks related to the project.
• Post required evaluations on the job board, follow the weekly project calendar, and coordinate assignment and scheduling of evaluations with suitable evaluators.
• Assign the shop to the appropriate Evaluators
• Maintain regular and timely communication with evaluators through email or calls to confirm assignments, resolve queries, and support project completion.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to assist the Key Account Manager resolve disputed reports.
Client Management
• Assist Key Account Manager to Coordinate and update Clients
• Respond to client requests and updates within one business day, or escalate where additional input is required.
• Work hand-in-hand with Key Account Manager to ensure proactive and prompt follow-up on client issues
Evaluator Recruitment & Management
• Recruit evaluators through relevant channels in Singapore, including online platforms, community networks, referrals, and other suitable sourcing methods.
• Ability to access networks for recruitment in Singapore
• Manage evaluators and revert to their queries in a timely manner
• Brief, train, engage evaluators
Miscellaneous
• Participate in team and company meetings.
• Support in ad-hoc reporting tasks
Experience required
• Minimum tertiary qualification, such as Nitec, Higher Nitec, diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship, coordination, customer service, administrative, or project support experience are welcome to apply.
Preferred experience: Prior exposure to project coordination, customer service, market research, mystery shopping, fieldwork coordination, recruitment, or client support will be an advantage.
General skills required:
• Proficient with MS Office (esp. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and internet-savvy
• Good interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal proficiency in English
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or another local language will be an advantage.
• Demonstrate responsible, ethical, and honest behavior in all tasks & responsibilities
• Problem solver: react quickly and appropriately to problems.
• Follow up promptly.
• Should have a Can-do attitude.
Reports to: Key Account Manager / Operations Manager.
Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
Salary: SGD 1,800 to SGD 2,500 per month, with the final offer aligned to the candidate’s last drawn salary within this range.
