Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Billing Analyst to work with our International Partners. what you will be doing:
• Analyze billing data to ensure all billing activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes or issues by reviewing contracts, payment history, and communication with clients or internal teams
• Identify billing discrepancies and recommend improvements to billing processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Assist the Billing TL and Senior Billing Analysts in ticket resolution or any queries that might arise, providing support with the daily processing of pre and post bill runs
• Monitor customer payments and apply payments to correct accounts
• Provide support for internal teams to resolve any billing-related issues efficiently
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time
what we are looking for:
• University Degree
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Experience working with HOBS or other utilities billing system an advantage but not necessary. Strong transferrable analytical abilities necessary
• Experience in Excel highly useful, including vlookups, sumifs, countifs, and the ability to manage data sets to identify errors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Be comfortable to be working in changing environment
• A desire to innovate to deliver process improvement
