Job Description: Material Handler – 3rd Shift Position Purpose The Material Handler is responsible for performing all assigned duties necessary to safely handle, manufacture, and prepare quality products for shipment to ADM customers. This role supports warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow instructions listed on shipping reports and order headers. • Complete all required transactions using terminal software and handheld scanners. • Follow ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP procedures to maintain quality and safety standards. • Pull customer orders for shipment and transfer materials between locations. • Perform shipping functions, including labeling products and verifying customer orders prior to shipment. • Load and unload trucks safely and accurately. • Create bills of lading and maintain accurate shipping documentation. • Follow IATA/DOT compliance regulations. • Maintain inventory record accuracy of 96% or greater. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a safe work environment. Supervision This position operates with moderate supervision while requiring strong attention to detail, accountability, and independent decision-making. Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in a related field preferred. • 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or transportation preferred. • Experience with barcode scanning systems. • Stand-up forklift experience required. • Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous improvement. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to safely perform material handling activities in a warehouse environment. Work Environment

: Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
