About the Role
The Sourcing Partner is responsible for managing and developing a competitive, agile and responsible supply base to deliver Woven product across our brand. Working closely with Buying, Design, Fabric, Garment Tech and Sustainability teams, you’ll ensure product is delivered on time, to quality, at the right cost, and aligned to our ethical and sustainability standards.
This role plays a key part in driving speed to market, cost transparency, and continuous supplier improvement, with a strong focus on Wovens construction, fabrication and manufacturing capabilities.
What you'll be doing...
Supplier Strategy & Management
Manage and develop a defined global supplier base for Wovens, ensuring strong partnerships, clear expectations and accountabilityAssess, onboard and exit suppliers in line with category strategy and business needsDrive supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, compliance and sustainabilityLead regular supplier reviews, capacity planning and risk management activityCosting & Commercial Ownership
Own the initial costing process, ensuring all styles are submitted in open costing formatChallenge and negotiate costs while maintaining quality and ethical standardsUse benchmarking and market insight to support cost negotiations and long‑term cost improvementsSupport fabric and trim sourcing decisions, balancing quality, innovation, lead time and costSpeed, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Drive speed‑to‑market initiatives, including Test & React and nearshore options where relevantIdentify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce lead timesResponsible Sourcing
Partner closely with wider Responsible Sourcing teams to deliver against ethical, environmental and traceability commitmentsEnsure suppliers meet all compliance, audit and minimum make standardsSupport initiatives around preferred materials, certifications and continuous improvement within the supply baseSupporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategiesWe believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. Strong experience in a Sourcing, Production or Supply Chain role within fashion retailWovens product knowledge preferableProven experience managing offshore supplier relationships and production across multiple regionsCommercially driven, with strong negotiation and costing capabilityHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentConfident stakeholder manager, able to influence across Buying, Design, Fabric and Technical teamsStrong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindsetFlexibility to travel BeneFITS’
