About this role
The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of NRC Syria's partnership approach and the effective coordination of NRC's participation in multi-agency partnerships and consortiums.The position supports day-to-day management of partnership processes and serves as the operational focal point for consortium coordination, ensuring effective communication, information flow, reporting coordination, and follow-up of agreed actions among consortium members and internal NRC teams. The role contributes to the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of partnership and consortium arrangements while promoting equitable and principled collaboration with partners.The position works closely with Programme, Grants, Finance, Compliance, MEAL, and Support functions and contributes to strengthening NRC Syria's partnership portfolio and consortium engagement. Approximately 50 percent of the position's time is dedicated to consortium coordination and 50 percent to broader partnership support and management activities.
