About this role
The Community Resilience and NRC Environmental Shelter and Secure Tenure Approach (NESTA) Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of participatory approaches for community resilience and governance like NESTA pilot in Northeast Syria, ensuring high-quality facilitation, community participation, technical support, learning documentation, and coordination with NRC programme teams within the area, Country Office Core-Competency Specialists, Global NESTA Consultants and Global Technical Advisors.
