Summary
We are looking for a strategic, Marketing Manager, Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart to drive the development and execution of a sustainable, regional growth strategy for our Intracardiac Echo (ICE) portfolio in EMEA, focused on electrophysiology and structural heart applications. This role is EMEA-based and will act as the regional lead for imaging strategy, adoption, and product launches, including a keen focus on leading and coordinating critical processes related to business planning, strategic marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking and multi-channel marketing. The will report to a US-based Director, Global Strategic Marketing and requires strong cross functional influence across Commercial, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Global Education and external partners to drive regional and global outcomes.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and lead strategic marketing plans and programs for our ultrasound product portfolio to accelerate ICE penetration and revenue growth in electrophysiology and structural heart in EMEA, including market sizing, opportunity prioritization, five year roadmap input to global planning, and R&D prioritization recommendations.
• Define procedural and clinical adoption playbooks (e.g., TEE→ICE conversion) for EMEA markets; identify and remove local adoption barriers and optimize imaging workflows within cath labs.
• Drive regional product launch planning and coordination: local market segmentation, pricing input, reimbursement positioning, demand generation tactics, and training/enablement with Commercial and Global Education teams.
• Partner with local markets to ensure business continuity through demand planning and forecasting activities, and ownership of communication of business progress or opportunities with senior management
• Shape evidence generation and clinical claims strategy for EMEA: partner with HEMA and Clinical/Medical Affairs to define clinical study needs, generate local evidence, and translate outcomes into payer and provider value messages.
• Provide ongoing market and competitor intelligence specific to EMEA to inform positioning, lifecycle decisions and competitive responses; proactively scan for disruptive technologies and trends across the region.
• Lead cross functional project teams to deliver launches, commercial initiatives and programs on time and on budget.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field required; MBA or advanced clinical degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in medical device/imaging product management, marketing or commercial roles; prior exposure to electrophysiology, structural heart and/or intracardiac imaging strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of cardiovascular procedures and the technical requirements of imaging guided interventions.
• Experience translating clinical insights into product requirements and commercialization plans across hardware, catheters, software and AI-enabled imaging features.
• Proven success working in a matrix organization and influencing senior stakeholders across Global and Regional functions without direct line authority.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen: ability to develop regional forecasts, build business cases, and articulate ROI and economic value to payers and customers.
• Experience with evidence generation, HEOR or clinical study design and capability to align clinical outcomes to commercial value propositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA and globally up to 30%, including major congresses and key customer engagements.
