Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Reception Manager to join one of our restaurant venues in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and guest-focused hospitality professional to lead the reception team and deliver a seamless arrival and departure experience within a fast-paced, luxury dining environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, train and develop the reception team. Ensure every guest receives a warm, professional and personalised welcome. Oversee daily reservations, table allocations and guest flow. Manage VIP guests, special requests and guest preferences with discretion. Coordinate closely with the restaurant management and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details. Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure the reception area is consistently presented to the highest standard. Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of reception team members. Maintain excellent knowledge of the venue, menu, events and wider group portfolio.
