ABOUT POSITION The Portfolio Commercial Director is responsible for the overall commercial performance of a blended portfolio of full service hotels, strongly MICE driven hotels in key markets in Germany. This role holds end-to-end accountability for commercial strategy and execution, covering Sales, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Marketing, with a strong focus on sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability, while ensuring alignment with owner expectations and long-term asset value creation. As a senior commercial leader, the role acts as a trusted advisor to hotel owners and asset managers, delivering transparent, data-driven insights and ensuring that all commercial strategies support both short-term performance and long-term financial returns. The position operates within a matrix organisation, partnering closely with Operations, Finance, and commercial discipline leaders to drive integrated commercial strategies across the portfolio.
