Position Title: Human Resources Manager Location: Atlanta, GA or Louisville, KY Reports To: Chief Financial Officer Employment Type: Full-Time Position Description: Accelecom is seeking an experienced and dynamic HRM to join our team. As the HRM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Accelecom’s human resources function. You will lead and manage our entire HR department, working closely with Executive and Senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support our growth and commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's culture, performance, and success. The Human Resources manager will plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of Accelecom. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with the Executive Leadership Team on strategic planning; and serve as a link between Accelecom management and its employees. They are responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the human resources department.
