Intro <p>Wir suchen einen <strong>Account Manager</strong> (m/w/d), der ein Portfolio von Amazon-Ads-Kunden von Anfang bis Ende betreut: Onboarding, tägliche Optimierung, Performance-Reporting und Verlängerungsgespräche. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Customer Growth Managern, dem Support und den Produktteams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Kunde echten Mehrwert aus BidX zieht - nicht nur ein Dashboard, sondern einen Partner, der sein Geschäft und seine Amazon-Strategie versteht.</p><p>Dies ist eine kundenorientierte, ergebnisgetriebene Rolle. Du wirst an Kundenbindung, Kampagnen-Performance und daran gemessen, wie reaktionsschnell und proaktiv du handelst, wenn etwas Aufmerksamkeit erfordert.</p> Deine Aufgaben <ul><li>Betreuung eines Portfolios von Amazon-Werbekonten über die Tiers Self Service und Managed Service hinweg - Verantwortung für die Kundenbeziehung vom Onboarding bis zur Verlängerung</li><li>Überwachung der Kampagnen-Performance (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, Share of Voice) und proaktives Aufzeigen von Problemen oder Chancen - nicht warten, bis der Kunde es zuerst bemerkt</li><li>Übersetzung von Performance-Daten in klare, umsetzbare Empfehlungen - sowohl für marketing-versierte Ansprechpartner als auch für nicht-technische Geschäftsinhaber</li><li>Ruhiger und schneller Umgang mit Eskalationen; Einbindung von Entwicklung, Produkt oder Leadership, wenn eine Lösung dies erfordert, und durchgängige Information des Kunden</li><li>Pflege korrekter und aktueller CRM-Einträge (HubSpot) und Aufgabenverfolgung (ClickUp) - keine verwaisten Aufgaben, keine veralteten Notizen</li><li>Identifikation von Upsell- und Expansionsmöglichkeiten innerhalb deines Kundenstamms</li><li>Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktteam bei Feature-Lücken oder Bugs, auf die deine Kunden stoßen, und Vertretung der Kundenstimme intern</li><li>Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Accounts gemeinsam mit unserem Customer Onboarding Specialist</li></ul> Das bringst du mit <ul><li>2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management, Client Success oder einer ähnlichen kundenorientierten Rolle - idealerweise in SaaS, E-Commerce oder Digital Advertising</li><li>Fundierte Kenntnisse in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, DSP) und Kernmetriken wie ACOS/TACOS/ROAS; praktische Erfahrung mit Seller Central oder der Amazon-Ads-Konsole ist ein starkes Plus</li><li>Bereitschaft, Ergebnisse zu verantworten, nicht nur Aufgaben - du merkst, wenn etwas nicht stimmt, bevor der Kunde dir schreibt</li><li>Klarer, sicherer Kommunikator in Deutsch und Englisch (der Kundenstamm umfasst DE und internationale Märkte)</li><li>Organisiert auch unter Druck: Du kannst ein volles Portfolio an Accounts managen, ohne dass etwas durchrutscht</li><li>Erfahrung mit CRM-/Task-Tools (HubSpot, ClickUp o. ä.); schnelle Einarbeitung in neue interne Tools</li><li>Teamgeist - du bindest lieber frühzeitig das richtige interne Team ein, als auf einem Problem sitzen zu bleiben</li><li>Sehr gute Kenntnisse sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch </li></ul><p><strong>Wünschenswert</strong></p><ul><li>Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Agentur- oder Multi-Brand-Accounts</li><li>Vertrautheit mit Bid-Automation-Tools oder Advertising-Analytics-Plattformen</li><li>Vorerfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden SaaS-Scale-up</li><li>Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools (z.
