What we’re looking for <span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">We're looking for a hands-on Antenna Integration Engineer to ensure the antennas in our UAV platforms perform reliably in the real product, not only in isolation. In this role, you'll work across RF, electronics, mechanical, systems, and flight test to make sure antenna placement, layout, materials, and shielding are considered early and validated properly. This is a practical, integration-focused role where you'll turn RF requirements into product-level decisions that keep GNSS, C2, and telemetry links robust in flight.</span> The day-to-day <ul><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Antenna integration: own antenna integration topics across UAV platforms, payloads, and ground-facing hardware</li><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Placement decisions: support antenna selection, placement, and layout for GNSS, C2, telemetry, and video/data links</li><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Cross-functional translation: work with RF engineers to translate link-budget requirements into practical integration constraints</li><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Prototyping: build and iterate antenna and mechanical prototypes, including mounting mechanisms and RF test fixtures</li><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Risk identification: identify antenna-related integration risks early, including detuning, shadowing, and EMI/EMC issues</li><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Validation and measurement: plan and run antenna
