Functions of the Role As Director of Systems Delivery, you will build and lead the function responsible for the complete lifecycle of Quantum Motion’s full-stack silicon quantum systems, from initial programme planning, build, and integration through commissioning, acceptance testing, and handover. You will drive cross-functional alignment across hardware, software, systems integration, and operations. Key priorities include establishing delivery playbooks, acceptance protocols, and customer site infrastructure readiness, while synchronising complex silicon bring-up with agile software developments.We are seeking a pragmatic leader with proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams to deploy first-of-a-kind, deep-tech systems into field environments.
