Description As <strong>Engineering Manager</strong> for our<strong> Back-office engineering teams,</strong> you will own the day-to-day leadership, delivery, and development of a team of senior engineers working on the core of our platform. You will report directly to the <strong>Ohpen Landing Platform (OLP) </strong>Engineering Director and work closely with our OLP architects, product team, and client-facing teams. <br> <br>This is <strong>a people-first leadership role</strong>. You will be expected to build a high-performing, motivated team, drive delivery with clarity and accountability, and create the conditions for your engineers to do their best work. You are not expected to be the best coder in the room - you are expected to make the room better.
