This includes creating and refining Bills of Materials, Bills of Process, equipment specifications, manufacturing recipes, testing protocols and work instructions.</li><li>Develop, optimize and scale semiconductor and microfabrication processes, including lithography, deposition, etching, lift-off, polymer processing, cleaning, bonding and other wafer-level processes.</li><li>Execute cleanroom and laboratory activities, including wafer processing, sample preparation, inspection, characterization and data collection.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve process issues related to materials, equipment, adhesion, patterning, uniformity, contamination and process integration.</li><li>Plan and execute experiments and DOEs to establish process windows, improve yield and reduce process variability.</li><li>Support equipment selection, installation, qualification, process bring-up and tool acceptance.</li><li>Coordinate technical activities with external foundries, equipment suppliers, material suppliers and characterization laboratories.</li><li>Apply process-control and risk-management methods, including SPC, FMEA and root-cause analysis, to improve process stability
