implementation and ongoing compliance of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.</li></ul> We expect You to have: <ul><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven experience, at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of HR, HR Director, or equivalent.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience working within an international, complex, or rapidly growing business environment.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated success in developing HR KPI frameworks and using data-driven insights to support decision-making.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Solid experience in talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and organizational development.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of modern HR practices and workforce trends.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills, both written and spoken.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Knowledge of local and
