Job overview Own and drive the full product lifecycle – from contracting and pricing to portfolio and performance steering – while turning data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration into compelling, bookable holiday experiences. What you'll do <ul><li>You manage your product portfolio end-to-end – from the first hotel deal to the final holiday package</li><li>You negotiate hotel agreements, optimize commercial conditions, and support pricing decisions</li><li>You ensure our offers are bookable, available, competitive, and attractive for our customers</li><li>You continuously develop the portfolio by identifying new opportunities, concepts, and partners</li><li>You work closely with Yield/Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to bring great products to market</li><li>You analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance and translate insights into actions</li><li>You monitor bookings, revenue, and key business indicators to steer portfolio performance</li><li>You provide product recommendations and help shape strategic decisions for your destinations and products</li><li>You drive process improvements and contribute to the further development of our product organization</li><li>Beyond the day-to-day business, you'll drive cross-functional projects and act as the go-to link between our hotel partners and marketing teams. You'll help shape how our products are positioned, promoted, and brought to life for our customers.</li></ul> What you'll need <ul><li>You have experience in Product Management, Hotel Contracting, Purchasing, Revenue Management, or comparable roles within the travel industry</li><li>You understand how tour operators, hotel providers, bedbanks, or hotel chains work</li><li>You have a degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a comparable qualification</li><li>You are comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance analyses</li><li>You have experience with pricing, reporting, and commercial decision-making</li><li>You communicate confidently in German and English</li><li>You are familiar with booking systems, product management tools, Excel, and business intelligence solutions</li></ul> What you'll bring <ul><li>You work independently, in a structured manner, and take ownership of your topics</li><li>You enjoy identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement</li><li>You are a team player who enjoys collaborating across departments and cultures</li></ul> Inclusivity all genders Workplace type Hybrid
