Key Responsibilities We are looking for a <strong>Senior Accountant</strong> to join our finance team in Pontinia (Latina), and take ownership of the accounting and day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities in Italy. <br><br><ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions</li><li>Manage the full accounting cycle for several group entities in Italy</li><li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances</li><li><div>Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax requirements</div></li><li><div>Prepare, review, and execute supplier payments and bank transactions ensuring proper traceability </div></li><li><div>Maintain relationships with banks and payment platforms</div></li><li><div>Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures</div></li><li><div>Support internal and external audits</div></li><li><div>Coordinate with external advisors (tax, audit, legal)</div></li><li><div>Ensure the preparation of all required documentation for grants application and compliance.</div></li></ul><br> Your talent and knowledge <ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>5–8 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multi-entity environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles (local GAAP; IFRS is a plus)</li><li>Experience with treasury operations and payment processes</li><li><div>Familiarity with ERP systems, experience with Netsuite is an advantage</div></li><li>High level of accuracy, reliability, and autonomy</li><li><div>Fluent in Italian and English</div></li></ul>
