Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll own the numbers across our international entities and serve as a vital Finance Business Partner to senior leadership. This is not a traditional back-office finance role. You won’t be hiding inside a massive ERP system or waiting for a process manual. It’s a hands-on, high-impact seat for someone fast, curious, and comfortable navigating the dynamic environment of a scaling tech startup. You'll be responsible for monthly controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering the crucial analytical insights that drive board-level decision-making. You'll work closely with leadership and business units across countries, bringing structure to unstructured data and building the financial processes that will power our next stage of growth.
