Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
You need to bring a warm, caring, and compassionate approach, strong people skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset is essential. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and flexibility to work alternating weekends is required.
