Main duties of the job The role of the Scheme Supervisor at Agincare involves the day-to-day management of tenant support within an Extra Care Scheme. This ensures that there is a support plan in place tailored to each tenants individual needs and preferences, with regular reviews as needed. The role requires maintaining accurate records of any incidents and routinely reviewing them with the Registered Manager. The Scheme Supervisor fosters a sense of community within the scheme among both tenants and staff. Additionally, they need to ensure effective rotas are established so the team can provide comprehensive care call coverage, with team members receiving appropriate training for their duties. This position is vital to ensure tenants receive the care and support they require in a community-focused environment.

Ensure the accurate recording of an incidents, and review these on a regular basis with the Registered Manager Promoting a good sense of community spirit within your scheme between both the tenants and the staff. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Knowledge of the care sector, preferably within a home care or extra care setting, and a good understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks. A QCF diploma at level 3 or above in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification is required. Additionally, candidates should have prior experience in leading and engaging a team of care assistants.
