The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going bowling, trampolining and walking in the park helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

Essential:
Understanding of learning disabilities, autism, ABI or mental health needs Knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding practices Strong organisational and communication skills A positive, resilient and proactive approach Passion for delivering high-quality care and leading by example
Desirable:
NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care Experience with electronic care planning or rostering systems Understanding of CQC and regulatory requirements
