Main duties of the job
Supervise daily operations of the GP surgery reception area, ensuring smooth service delivery. Responsible for setting up clinicians clinics on EMIS Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and morale. Implement training programmes for staff on relevant courses in connection with primary care and customer service excellence. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the surgery.

We have approximately 8200 registered patients and confident our reputation is helping our numbers increase.
