We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Engagement Lead to join our Administration team at HMP Foston Hall, a closed Prison located in Foston, Derbyshire.
HMP Foston Hall is a closed woman's prison with a capacity for 335 inmates. We are recruiting for an Patient Engagement Lead to work closely with the patients by running patient engagement forums, run events and act on feedback with the healthcare team.
Hours
Monday - Friday (there may be the rare weekend to hold events) 0800 - 1600 Salary
This position is a full time position, youll receive an annual salary up to £33,510 per annum

Main duties of the job
As a Patient Engagement Lead your responsibilities will vary. You will
Responsible for the improvement and stability of patient engagement activities and patient satisfaction through effective service user engagement and peer led forums, the planning and delivery of projects/programmes in line with patients needs and priorities, involving patients (where possible) in project and training delivery. Youll act as a point of contact and respond to patient engagement enquires from staff, external partners and patients. Additionally, within this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the health champion peer support model, including the delivery of Health Champion training across the site. Experience required
