Tech Mechanical Engg /Electrical Engg from reputed University / Institute Minimum 60 % marks Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics (SSC, HSC, Graduation etc) ii) Experience Minimum: 4 Year(s) Maximum: 10 Year(s) iii) Age Limit Minimum: 26 Year(s) Maximum: 32 Year(s) 4 Job Role & Responsibilities Role: Project planning, scheduling, tracking, material planning for testing, Issue management and closure with different departments. Meeting Quality , cost & delivery requirements It is a techno commercial profile where the person is expected to understand the component cost estimation process and manufacturing processes. Technical/ Functional: 1) Sound knowledge of new product development. 2) Knowledge of product design stages, design, manufacturing process, Quality control & Quality standards 3) Ability to handle cost working, 4) Good understanding & awareness of new technologies in vehicle. 5) Basic knowledge of vehicle layout design, domestic & international homologation requirements 6) Good coordination & inter-personnel skill 5 Competency Requirements Behavioral Initiative, Desire to Learn and able to drive the team to achieve result Effective team player and ability to lead small teams Proactive and Good interpersonal skills Specific expertise required for functional area : Costing & negotiations Exposure to design standards Exposure to relevant regulations (Current, Future) 6 Likely sources OEMs, Tier1 reputed suppliers , Experience of handling multinational projects and EV projects will be a plus.
