Medium and small fabricated components 5 Competency Requirements Technical/ Functional: Knowledge of drawing study for petrol tanks, chaincases, srtands designing of manufacturing process for the same - MIG welding, spot welding, fixture DAP approvals Behavioral Confident, Young, dynamic, intelligent, and good team player. Good communication skills for technical DFM resolution with R&D counter parts, Vendor counter parts – Team lead position Specific expertise required for functional area: Drawing study and process design, fixture concept and design approval- press and fabricated route parts family for 2wh. 6 Likely sources Organization example 2 wh OEMs (Honda, TVS, Hero etc) – Component development team lead
