JOB PURPOSE The Trade Marketing role will be responsible for planning and managing marketing activities across key international markets in the LATAM region. The role includes handling advertising budgets and working with external agencies for Creative, BTL, Digital, Media, PR and Market Research activities to execute trade marketing campaigns and on-ground activations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Domain Responsibilities Campaign Management Execute region-specific BTL activations, merchandising initiatives, trade shows, exhibitions and on-ground marketing activities. Support new product launches as per country-wise product plans. Budgeting Handle quarterly budget planning, advertising & promotional budgets, PO management and coordinate with Finance for timely processing and clearance of marketing-related payments and budgets. Agency Management Coordinate with external agencies for Creative, BTL, Digital, Media, PR and Market Research activities to support the region's marketing requirements. Marketing Planning & Coordination Develop regional marketing plans. Coordinate with Brand Marketing teams for planning marketing strategies and with Country Sales teams for executing marketing and channel strategies. Market & Consumer Insights Keep a close check on markets and consumers to identify new trends and insights. Work with market research agencies to generate consumer insights and ensure timely execution of key marketing initiatives. Tracking Brand Metrics Track Brand Awareness, Brand Activation, Brand Volume and Market Share to measure marketing effectiveness and ensure timely completion of key marketing initiatives.
