Planning & execution of countermeasures on happened breakdowns. Horizontal deployment of happened cases countermeasures on same / similar equipment / stages. Maintaining equipment wise breakdown history. MTTR Kaizens for time consuming Breakdown. MP point generation Achieve & sustain zero breakdown. Preventive Maintenance Preparation & execution of PM check sheet & schedule for Production / peripheral equipment. PM check sheet with Inspection & repair (IR), Time based Maintenance (TBM- replacement), Condition based maintenance (CBM) points. Recording equipment-wise abnormalities. Planning & execution of PM abnormality restoration Planning & execution of countermeasures on PM abnormalities. Horizontal deployment of PM abnormality countermeasures on same / similar equipment / stages. Planning & execution of life enhancement (MTBF)Kaizen. Identifying equipment for corrective maintenance MP point generation Corrective Maintenance Deciding & finalizing scope of corrective maintenance Planning & execution of corrective maintenance. Upgradation of obsolete controllers / PLC. Cockpit concept MP Point generation Spare part planning Able to understand m/c drawings. Identify consumable & insurance spares. Maintain minimum spare inventory. Kaizens on cost reduction & life enhancement.
