Division R&D Department Product Design Level EX Functional Area Technical Surfacing 1 Job Title Manager 2 Reporting Functional reporting to: LX (Leadership) 3 Background i) Educational Qualification Essential: B.E / Automotive Design / Industrial Product Design Engineering / Automobile Engineering from reputed University / Institute Minimum 70 % marks Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics (SSC, HSC, Diploma, Graduation etc) ii) Experience Minimum: 4 Year(s) Maximum: 6 Year(s) iii) Age Limit Minimum: 25 Year(s) Maximum: 32 Year(s) 4 Job Role & Responsibilities Role: Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of CAS experience well versed with Digital design software ALIAS/ V-Red with good sense of aesthetic & Design Awareness. He or she should be Conversant with understanding design intention and reading sketches and creating 3D models Work experience in any OEM and two wheeler can be an added advantage. 5 Competency Requirements Behavioural The initiative and learning aptitude Effective team player and ability to lead small teams Proactive and Good interpersonal skills 6 Likely sources OEMs – Tata Motors, M&M, Maruti-Suzuki, Eicher-Volvo, Ashok Leyland Service Industry – Reputed pressure die casting parts suppliers to OEMs
