Job Description Job Title: Mgr/Asst Mgr - Homologation & Regulatory Compliance Level: L3 Function: Operations Department (Sub-function) NA JOB PURPOSE Homologation role is required to ensure that the respective countries technical specification wrt. product are taken care of by passing the information back to R&D team about chnages in any of the regulatory norm and working closely with R&D team for the development of the product INTERACTION WITH STAKEHOLDERS Internal External Direct Export BU>Marketing,Business Planning & NMD, Export BU>Operations, Export BU>Sales(Africa/SAME/LATAM/ASEAN) Dealership, Distributors Indirect JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualifications Essential: Engg- Mech || Automotive Design And Engineering Preferred Institution: Any Premier Insitute Desired Qualification: Management||Business Management || Work Exp Min: 5 Max:10 Industry Specification Automobile Addnl Requirements Age Min: 23 Max: 35 Need for travel 25 KEY COMPETENCIES Technical/Functional 1. Good Technical skills : Ability to handle product related technical issues 2. Understanding of product is paramount 3. Hands on, practical approach Behavioural L3 - ACT - Continuously raise the bar; Ensure results with speed; Meet customer expectations 5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Compliance documents: a.Methodical follow up with R&D Homologation team to improve delivery times of compliance documents. b. Advance intimation to R&D for planning on compliance document requirements, whenever a new product/upgrade is planned. 2. Warranty System Enhancements: a. Productivity improvement. Faster settlement of claims due to system filtration b. Eliminated monetary loss to Distributor & Elimination of Duplicate payment c. Adherence to Warranty agreement policy 3. Special Projects: a. Systematic coordination with all concerned teams ( CPM/R&D/ Field Team/Distributor) for timely completion of requisite formalities
